Terms of Service
Effective November 6, 2026. VIBRIYOGN LLC, Sarasota, Florida.
These terms apply when you use vibriyogn.us or the apps we host (Ops, Clockin and Flow). By using them, you agree to these terms. If your business has a separate written agreement or proposal with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
Accounts
- App accounts are created by us or by your business's administrator. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or apps to break the law, upload malicious code, try to reach another client's data, overload or probe our systems, or resell access without our permission. We may suspend access that puts other clients or our systems at risk.
Your data
Your business owns the data it enters. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the services. Each client's data is kept separate. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Fees and cancellation
Fees are set in your plan or proposal. Monthly services are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime with notice; you pay for the current month. One-time projects are quoted up front. When service ends, you can ask for an export of your data within 60 days.
Our work
Websites, domains and accounts we set up for you are in your name. We keep ownership of our underlying app code, templates and tools, and give you the right to use them while you are a client.
Availability
We work to keep the apps running and backed up, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. We may update features over time.
Disclaimers
The site and apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose. Tools such as the hurricane tracker are for general information and are not official forecasts or emergency guidance.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, VIBRIYOGN LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
