Privacy Policy
Effective November 6, 2026. VIBRIYOGN LLC, Sarasota, Florida.
This policy explains what VIBRIYOGN LLC ("we", "us") collects through vibriyogn.us and our hosted apps (Ops at admin.vibriyogn.us, Clockin at clockin.vibriyogn.us and Flow at flow.vibriyogn.us), how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Website visitors. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on vibriyogn.us. Your browser may save small settings on your own device, such as your light or dark theme choice or the email you typed on the login page. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
- When you contact us. If you email or call, we keep your name, contact details and message so we can reply and do the work you ask for.
- App accounts. Your name, email address, the business you belong to and your role. If you set a password, we store only a salted, one-way hash of it, never the password itself.
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft. If you choose this, we receive your name, email address, whether the email is verified, and an account identifier from that provider. We request only the basic openid, email and profile permissions. We do not receive your password, contacts, files, email or calendar.
- Security records. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and records of sign-in attempts (email, IP address and time) used to block password guessing.
- Data you or your business enter in the apps. For example inventory, customers, leads, forms, workflow steps and time entries. If your business turns on location-based clock-in in Clockin, your device location is checked at clock-in and clock-out only, and only with your device's permission.
How we use it
- To sign you in, keep your account secure and run the apps your business uses.
- To reply to you and provide the services your business has hired us for.
- To fix problems and protect the site and apps from abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
Information we receive from Google sign-in is used only to identify you and sign you in. We do not sell it, share it with third parties except our hosting provider as needed to run the apps, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website, apps and databases.
- Google or Microsoft, only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Your business. Each client business's data is kept separate from every other client. Administrators of your business account can see the data entered under that account.
- When the law requires it, such as a valid court order.
Client data
When we host an app for a business, that business owns the data it and its staff enter, and decides how it is used. We process that data on the business's behalf. Questions about it can go to the business or to us.
How long we keep it
We keep account and app data while the account is active. When a business ends service, we delete or return its data within 60 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Sign-in attempt records are kept for a short period for security.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected].
- Remove our access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or your Microsoft account at account.live.com/consent/Manage.
- Clear the settings saved in your browser by clearing site data for vibriyogn.us.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, sign-in attempts are rate-limited, and secret keys are kept on the server, never in your browser.
Children
Our apps are for businesses and their staff, and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
